Okay so I have the skin care under control, I am using Marcelle products to prep. I am going to use North American Hemp Co. To prep my hair.... I am struggling with getting myself in shape. I have chronic back pain which makes working out difficult. Help.

    I had cancer when I was 4 and had my tail bone removed. Thank you for your suggestions!

    Anything you do to get active and be fit will help! I would suggest swimming or going for walks. You'd be surprised what a 1km walk a day can do for you.

    Eat clean it will help. As well as eating in moderation. Even if you don't work out, you'll see the difference in your mood, and even your skin. You are what you eat is the saying.

    It's fantastic, as aquatic resistance is good for rehabbing injuries (i swam a lot to rehab my back after a car accident).

    also: a medicine ball & resistance band are great too.

    I've found that diet has been the biggest help for me. I workout 4-5 times a week, but I find even when I am lazy a few days in a row that I'm still melting a half lb a day.

    Definitely check with your doctor before working out, to make sure that you can manage (if you haven't already).

    Pilates is always a good choice, since you're laying on the ground and using bands to help you, it takes a lot of the pressure off the back.

    Also, looking at yoga that allows you to move more, rather than just stretch, may be an option too (Yoga-lates (combo of yoga and pilates) or Vinyasa).
