Wedshoots album gone and ‘not found’

Hello, wondering if someone can help. We had our wedding a year ago and I went to go back onto the WedShoots app and it now says ‘Album not found’ there’s no contact number or email for WedShoots does anyone have an answer or solution? Many thanks,
