Wedshoots

HI Everyone,

Each time a guest requests access to our wedshoots album, it gets me to send them a code. When I send them the code it is just a blank email that they receive, has this happened to anyone else? I have looked everywhere in the settings and can't seem to find an option for people to have open access and not require a code.

    Within the Wedshoots section of your account, if you scroll down a little you should see a QR code as well as an Album Code. You can share either of those with your guests to send them directly to your Wedshoots album!

    The issue you're running into with those emails could be related to the program/app your guests use for email, or the way their email provider is rendering the message. Feel free to contact our Support team and we can work with you directly to figure it out! Here's a link to the contact form:
