Let me begin by saying this will be an unorthodox post but I’m desperate for help.
Does any have any other contact information for Wedding Wire besides their online contact form? I have found an email through their IG but no phone number. I need to speak to them urgently but they have made it difficult to do so.
For background information, I have been receiving harassing messages through Wedding Wire for almost 9 months. Initially, Wedding Wire was very unhelpful and recommended I put a password on my site. This measure was already in place but because Wedding Wire doesn’t verify the name or email associated with the individual logging on, the harasser continued to harass me by making the insults as the ‘name’ and ‘email’ while requesting the password. (Hey Wedding Wire - if you ever read this, I suggest upgrading this feature if able). I have been trying to contact them to no avail. I need their assistance as I have gotten the proper personnel in place to potentially help identify this harasser but no one at Wedding Wire will answer me. Also, I’ve noticed that the messages in my inbox (that included the harassing ones) have now mysteriously disappeared. Bizarre, right?
I’m so exhausted with dealing with this and dealing with a platform who seems to do everything they can to refuse to help me. I’m a paying customer who has upgraded to the premium now twice due to covid postponing my wedding. I have never thought a company would treat a customer this way when they are experiencing harassment, especially through their online platform. This has impacted my mental health and well-being more than I can describe.
So, Wedding Wire community, are you able to help me out at all? I could really use all the assistance I can get.
