Wedding Wire App

My app seems to not load easily in the evenings. I try to come online and update the check list but nothing loads? No my wedding? Inspiration or community. Have tried just checking my internet connections via Wi-Fi and network. Then uni stalled and reinstalled the app a few times, also checked my battery percentage and restarting my phone. I'm worried I might lose my full guest list from here.

    Hey Casey, I'm sorry to hear that! I've forwarded on this information along to our team to do some testing, and I can vouch for what Daphne has said, even if the app isn't loading all your saved information will still be there.

    I’ve experienced that a few times. It’s annoying, but not to worry, all your info/data is still there (I thought the same thing, but would always check from my computer when it did that). Unless you delete something something yourself it’s not going anywhere.
