Wedding Website help!!!

I am new to this site and I am trying to send out online invitations and the invitations are sending but the RSVP button in the email brings you to the website but when you try and search your name at that point it says there is no guests with that name. I've tried to do this on my phone I have a samsung and I've also tried the desktop version of this site to do the exact same thing and its not working on either devices.

    Hi again Rhandi! Apologies - I accidentally responded to this while I was still in your account checking on this issue. So sorry about that!

    I just double checked your account, and it looks like your guests aren't in the Wedding event still. If you've only been trying this on mobile so far, can you give a desktop browser a try?

    Once your guests have all been added to the Wedding event, they'll see their names in the RSVP search.

    I've tried this already and it still doesn't seem to be working. The button brings people to the site to search their name and comes up with zero results after they have clicked RSVP.

    Is this option included on the mobile version of the site or does it need to be done on a desktop?

    Hi Rhandi! It sounds like you might have added your guests to the Guest List, but not to a specific event. Unless their name is in one of the events there (for example, Wedding), they won't be prompted to RSVP!

    To add them to an event, you'll just need to open up your Guest List, click into the event you want to collect RSVPs for, and use the +Guest button. You'll be able to select the guests you've already added to the Overview – no need to repeat that work!
