I have:

Welcome/Blog - this is where I give updates on our life as well as how the planning is going and what vendors we have vs. what we are still looking for

Transportation/Hotel/Attire - self explanatory, but we have all of this listed. Basically we have a bus to transport people but they have to request this at the time of RSVP, hotel block is open but I'm not sure if anybody will take advantage of this, and the attire is to let guests know that although we ask they dress appropriate for a wedding; we plan on having bonfires that we would be okay for them to change into jeans for!

Venue - Map of where it is as well as to let people know there is no cell phone serviceMenu - We aren't having options so if there are any allergies and/or vegans/vegetarians to let us know prior and we will see what we can do.Your Opinions Matters! - This is where we have our polls! Love this section, it has shown me that some people are actually interested in camping out there and/or using the bus!Tests - Just to add to the website and see who actually knows us So far his Aunt got his birth year wrong... lolThe Wedding Party - Just so people may know who to go to if they have questions at the weddingPhoto Friendzy - This is for pictures from our engagement photo shoot as well as where we ill be putting our wedding pictures when we get them back after the wedding.Contact Us - For any questions, comments, and/or concerns.WedShoots - This page is not really helpful yet but it does let people know that they can download the wedshoots app and then send any pics they get of our special day there!

Little confused as to what exactly you are asking - but I think it would be fine to send out an email with the link to the website! Just don't send an email every time there is an update unless they are okay with it. I know that that would get annoying IMO. In the email just be sure to list all of the things that would be available on the site like the address, times, blog, etc. that you have
