Does anyone have any clever ways to ask guests to RSVP via email and include somewhere to let us know if they have any dietary needs?

So far I have this:

KINDLY RSVP BY

SATURDAY THE FIRST OF FEBRUARY

TWO THOUSAND AND TWENTY

TO ***********@*****.***

I would do exactly what you're doing & add the extra line of please include any dietary restrictions. its simple but to the point. great job

RSVP info looks good and add a line to input dietary needs. This way you get your response in one.

Agree with the others. Just add a line on the bottom for dietary restrictions. I've only seen it done this way!

Perhaps it could just be written in brackets below that last line with (Please include any dietary requirements)

I think the best way to do it is just include a line that says:

    Please indicate any dietary requirements.

People who are vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-intolerant, etc will know what that means and respond accordingly.
