We had to rent all of those things and then some. I think in total for all our rentals it cost us $1900 (including some equipment for our caterer, linens and some cocktail tables).

What you pay for your rentals will depend on the style of things you want, the demand for those items, and how much you need of everything.

Don't hesitate to shop around for a good price. We split our rentals between a company our caterer deals with all the time and another place which had cheaper prices.

If you google special event rentals in your area, you should be able to use one of their websites to price out an estimate! That is what we ended up doing! The cost of rentals definitely adds up quickly!

I know someone who is for her daughter due to the venue not having proper cutlery and bent shaped. They have colours workibg with the theme and decor. Its costing her around $200.
