What is on your taboo list for wedding registries? Any great tips or tricks to share with the community?


My personal "don'ts" would be:

1) Don't peek! It takes the surprise away

2) Don't start too soon - items can go out of stock!

3) Don't stress too much - this is something you can continually edit and update!

    I think a don't is only having expensive things. Seeing as you picked everything there is really no need to "not peek".

    I like your ideas for don'ts! I am starting my registry process and am a little nervous about it! We are going to a store but a family member told me: brings snacks and drinks because it is a long process and when your hungry you don't think straight. That's only one thing I can think of at the moment!

    I don't know any don'ts! The only thing I can think of is putting only super expensive things on your list instead of a variety of prices...not all your guests can afford expensive gifts. I'd love to hear everyone else's ideas! I just started our registries this afternoon and I'd love to hear some tips.
