Hello Ladies and Gents!

I was reading through different articles on here and it had me wonder what traditional reception things are you definitely keep and/or definitely cutting? Such as cake cutting/face smash, garter/bouquet toss, first dances, etc?

We are definitely keeping the garter and bout toss, we think it'll be fun, play fun old fun songs to get everyone in the mood for it. Our guests will definitely have a good time with it. We are also probably cutting the cake cutting, we don't get why it's a big deal especially since we both hate the idea of smashing it in each other's faces. So we will probably skip that all together and just have the cake on display untill it's ready to be cut by a worker and served.

Anyone adding any non traditional things to the reception? Anything fun, unique and different?
I'd love to hear your plans!

We are not doing the cake cutting either. I would rather not get cake in my face. And plus no one cares to watch it anymore
We are doing a song and slideshow. You should be here by Cole Swindell for the loved ones that have passed.
My father died last year so I am still debating if I want to ask my stepfather to do the father daughter dance.
