I have heard of a spinning wheel where you make up different topics: say a joke, couple's choice, kiss your bride, an emberassing story and what other topics come to mind.

The DJ surprised us with the shoe game, it was so fun and the guests loved it!
We also had a trivia game to get us to kiss since clinking glasses isn’t allowed.
The centrepiece giveaway was super fun!
And the DJ also played “locomotion”, the wedding party started it and we had 80% of the guests up!!

it sounds like a lot but it made dinner so fun and everything was still timed extremely well!!

We were going to do wedding advice mad libs at each place setting and then read some of them out later in the evening. We were also debating the shoe game. We are going to do a lot of our games during our stag and doe party

The shoe game (or he said/she said...some sort of variation), wedding speech BINGO, and marriage advice mad libs were some we agreed on. We are both pretty silly and I think these could keep the reception a bit more informal and inclusive.

I've been thinking about this! And we aren't sure if we are doing any game just yet, I'm not sure if my FH wants to or not. I haven't actually brought it up yet. But at my mom's wedding they did the shoe game and it was so fun and cute. There is also a TON of ideas on Pinterest!

At my brother's wedding we did a variation of the shoe game. Instead of the bride and groom answering the questions it was the wedding party. We had a sign with his name on one side and hers on the other. It was interesting to see how other saw their relationship.

My mom did this for a shower, but she created a "price is right" type game using food and hygiene products that they took home with them. I don't remember the games she had but they were ones that could be duplicated from the show.

I have recently been seeing videos of a game where the bride and groom sit back to back and each have a shoe of theirs and their partners. Then someone asks questions and they raise the shoes to answer, it looks like so much fun!
