I used Claudia Cole Events as my day of coordinator . She is located in the GTA, and can also be found as a listed vendor on this site.

I know my wedding planner was working in toronto at one point. She may be able to help you out. Check out maidforthebride.ca. Shalini is frigging amazing. I'm not sure if she is working in the GTA anymore, but it doesn't hurt to ask!
