Wedding party proposal

Hello fellow groupies.
I would like some ideas in the following: Asking groomsmen to be a part of the day when everyone is different. I have seen ideas with alcohol or cigars etc but most of the wedding party isn’t into that.

2: one of our groomsmen is in NYC as a professor and he loves history/books, with that said he’s always made sure to send a gift for our son if he couldn’t make his shower or first bday without skipping a beat. So we want to do something extra special for him. Any thoughts would be great?

    I had a friend who gave their bridesmaids simple boxes with just a few candies and then a cute request to be a bridesmaid Smiley smile

    How about just asking them? With all these “wedding party proposals” that seems to be the unique thing now. 😂

    Sorry but I don’t get and I’m not a fan of these promposals, wedding party proposals, gender reveal parties. They all seem so over the top and kind of tacky. It’s just my opinion. But maybe just a simple heartfelt conversation instead of trying to be flashy.

    I've seen a lot like this with either the suspenders, bow tie or regular tie, cuff links, socks, etc. Always thought these were cute.
