Personally I wouldn't have my wedding on Halloween! But I think that the idea is actually really cool and for those brides who can pull something off like this, it would make for a very unique day for them and their guests!! There are also so many different ideas you could incorporate in your wedding somehow that you likely wont see at anybody else's wedding!
