Wedding July 25, 2020 Issue Postponing?

Hope goes out to couples in this time of pandemic to get their dates safe and secured for later on this year. You had to postpone or cancel, we all feel terrible to know the situation is taking place at this time.

Your venue should be allowing you to get information as needed as they have the business to run (though its closed its doors for now). They should be having an answering message to let couples and yourselves know of any cancellations and what steps to take next or email for postponing/cancellations. They are not right in the way they are dealing with clients by declining calls.
