Some other ideas can be to incorporate when you started dating/got engaged/your wedding date. Also incorporating first initials might better personalize it. My bridesmaid is getting married this year and is not sure if she's keeping her name or not yet so some of her hashtag ideas are:

Since you will be both keeping your last names perhaps you could do a hashtag based off of your first names or how you met or your jobs?

It can be a bit difficult too incorporate two last names sometime :/
