Wedding Flowers

My wedding date is set for August 1st, 2020. We live in southwestern Manitoba. I am wondering what flowers will be in bloom during this season to see if I can try pick some wildflowers or in season blooms from gardens around the area for the wedding. I wonder if flowers like peonies will be blooming during this time? If anyone has any advice, please help a bride out! Thank you

    We share the same wedding date yay!!!! Congrats. I am having mostly fake flowers (stupid allergies) but the bouquets will be real. I’m sending my florist pictures of things I like and asking her if it’s possible for an August wedding. She has been very helpful saying yes or no.

    Ahh i see. you can check costco for flowers as well they do real flowers and will probably be able to tell you whats in season at what time of the year!

    I really want to have as many real flowers as possible, but for things like flowers over an archway I can go with fake because that will have to be a large arrangement.

    Are you having real flowers or fake ones? check google for flowers or ask a local flower shop im sure they would know!!
