if you haven't tried the eye primer yet. get it. its awesome. I even use it on my under eyes to help with my concealer. got my coworker (who is older) hooked on it, she got her daughter and sister on it. its EVERYTHING!

I read a review about the urban decay setting spray where a girl wrote that she got into a car accident the night of her party, and when she woke up in the hospital the next morning her makeup was still flawless.

That was all I needed to hear. I've been using that ever since and also swear by it. It's amazing! But you're right, I will be bringing it with me just in case.

Urban decay eye primer. and urban decay make up setting spray (I buy the de-slick one as i'm a bit oily). you can get both of these in small sizes for under 20 each. buy them if your MUA doesn't use them. there is NOTHING better for keeping your eye makeup in place (normally eyeshadow is gone from my lids or creased within the hour...using these products it holds up almost all night).

Total Updo with white roses

The look I'm leaning towards is a mix of a few... I want a darker/smokey eye, with a pop of sparkle... I don't want a super dark lip, it's more of a medium to light mauve/pink matte liquid lip. All paired with a soft, low up-do with some loose curls, and a bedazzled hair comb.
