Wedding dress at the cleaners for 1 month?

Is this normal? I had my wedding dress picked up for dry cleaning on Sept 8. I've been tracking the progress online and it is in "still processing" mode. I'll likely give them a call next week if the progress has not changed.


Has it taken anyone this long to get their dress back?

    I’d call and ask for an update. With that being said, a lot of places have a backlog due to Covid 19 😢

    We got ours back (both the wedding dress and suit) after a week. I would definitely give them a call! Perhaps their online system isn't accurate? Goodluck!
