Wedding Dress

Mary, on March 13, 2019 at 22:34 Posted in Wedding fashion 0 8
Hi everyone, today I had my first try and I think my belly looks like floated! Any idea what I can do about it? I’m already watching out my diet and going to the gym 3 times a day. Since my dress is silk it easily shows the body! I don’t want others think I am pregnant on my big day!

Yes, you made a good point. Today had forgotten about spanx. I hope I can find sth suitable this weekend.

Watch your salt intake and drink a lot of water. Cutting carbs as well will help any tummy bloat.

We are our own worst critiques! Most people won't even notice if you are looking a little bloated (I can't tell from the photo) and even if they did, who cares?! (As long as they don't say anything to you). Most women have a bit of a "pouch" at their belly because of where the uterus is, and it's sad that people can't accept women's bodies for what they are!

One thing to try is some spanx to smooth out the belly. Also as mentioned, avoid heavy salt intake, junk food and drink plenty of water!

I agree that you are going to notice anything to do with your body more than anyone else will. I think what we see of it, it's beautiful. I feel like you are most likely hunched a bit just based on how your arms are posed hanging onto your phone , and that is affecting the dress. I am sure it's more the dress material that is making you think you have a tummy when you don't. I would love to see the whole dress if you are wiling to share.

    The dress looks amazing!

Honestly, people are not going to worry about it as much as you are. Limit salt intake as that is super huge, and drink a lot of water.

Not eating at your wedding will only make you feel worse especially near the end of the night. Just speaking personally I would get hangry lol!

I would encourage you to eat at your wedding. People will notice you not eating before the notice you tummy. And how you see yourself is different than how your guests will see you. I would think you want them to see you as elated and jovial.

In addition to google tips to combat bloating, consider wearing spanx-like under garments as they can make a huge difference.

Well, first I want to say it looks gorgeous (at least what I can see of it)!

But there are a few things, if it's that time of the month it may be from that? Otherwise some things to do are: limit salt, avoid pop, apparently chewing gum (because you swallow air which can cause bloating), and eat less; more often. - At least this is what google told me...
