Wedding Dates!

My wedding is on November 12, 2022 and we already have our venue booked! It’s a destination wedding in Las Vegas so we wanted to have it during the spring or fall. We didn’t want to have it too soon because things are so weird right now, but we wanted to set a date. The only hard part now is waiting almost two years for the big day, but hopefully by then we won’t have to postpone.

We got engaged over the holidays and quickly realized that we had to look at 2022 dates. We've already booked our ceremony space and reception venue. Photographer and DJ will hopefully be booked by the end of this week! I'm a planner and felt the need to get the ball rolling asap.

I did get my wedding dress. I had planned on renting my dress but to spend $1000 on something that I give back just wasn't working with me. I found a dress on-line that I love. It is super simple but I want to get a fur stole or jacket plus I can get some awesome boots now.

I got engaged on Dec. 21, 2020 and our wedding date is May 22, 2022. So far we have booked our venue and I want to have our photographer and officiant booked before the end of March. Trying to get the important vendors booked before the possibility of 2021 weddings getting postponed.

I hope your keeping well and your planning is going well. How far have you gotten in your planning as other brides would have started theirs? Your FH must be excited about the whole thing as you must be the one taking care of most of it as your family too. I wish you all the best for your dates and everything going smooth.

I was supposed to get married Feb 2021 but we pushed back to Jan 2022. I have venue, flowers, centerpieces, dj, photographer, candy buffet jars, my dress, a sixpence for my shoe, gloves, table numbers and name card holders 😆. Though I should only be a couple months out not a year and a month. Though I've had some of this stuff for over a year as well.

Having those priorities booked has definitely eased my mind as like others have said 2021 is pretty full due to pushed back weddings. Good luck with all your planning

I got engaged in July. We are getting married end of May 2022. We have booked our venue (which includes catering) and photographer (Only cause I wanted a very specific photographer). In the next month or so im hoping to book my DJ and officiant as well so that all my important vendors are booked and I don’t need to stress!

I just got engaged this Christmas! I've started looking at venues already. With so many weddings getting pushed back, I want to make sure I can get into a place I love.

First of all Congratulations!
We are starting to search/book a venue and a church for our wedding thats the most important part cause most of the weddings in 2021 were postponed for 2022 so we can make sure that there are places available!
