Wedding contact information for website

When your guests use the contact us form, their email address is passed along to you when they enter it in the mandatory field:

When you receive the email notification that someone has contacted you, click to show the send details. The email will be from WeddingWire, but the reply-to field has the guest's supplied contact information:

How to check send details (this example replies to WeddingWire because I didn't want to use a real example and give out anyone's personal information!):

You can also see the provided guest email address when you Reply to the message. Click Reply and a draft new email window will open with the guest's provided contact info:

Hi Nicole! I'm getting more information from our support team, but I just sent you a test message through your Contact Us form as well.

I was not able to include my email address in the comment section because of the special characters (@ symbol) - but each guest must include an email address in the email field. When you are in edit mode on your wedding website you can click on the 'Activity' tab and it showed me as a visitor with my recorded email address. For now I'd use that as a work-around while I get you a better answer

Thanks!! another question, I have updated everything but I wanted people to leave their emails in the contact us part. People are saying theyre unable to send me their information any idea why? Thanks!

Hi Nicole! Is this when you are editing the settings on the Contact Us form?

I just tired testing your site and was successfully able to add email addresses, a phone number, and save the changes (don't worry - I've already removed them ).

What internet browser are you using? Try using Chrome, and clearing your browser history, cache, and cookies. If you're still experiencing this problem after trying a new browser and clearing everything - then please get in touch with our support team at support@weddingwire.ca!
