Wedding bands for the men!

Just picked his up. Decided to go for something more simple!

My gent picked out his own ring - he narrowed it down to 2 rings. One was about 500$, the other was 1500$...of course, he picked the more expensive one! Haha. He really wanted diamonds, so he picked out a beautiful white gold band with diamonds.

This bad boy finally came in yesterday (a week before we leave for the wedding - whew!). It’s cobalt chrome so was a challenge finding somewhere that could engrave it. But we got it at Spence for about $375.

Damascus steel for the wedding ceremony and for fancy events after that, and then a silicone one for day to day - he works part-time as a contractor, so no real jewelry for him.

My FH in opposite has slimmer hands so we're trying to find him a thinner band! Also his ring size is just under the typical standard size 8 it's been fun haha!

My FH wanted diamonds. Then he wanted black diamonds. Then we went in person and he tried some styles on... nothing 'wowed' me... It just didn't suit him IMO... he wanted "fancy" because it's a ring, but realistically, we just aren't fancy people. I wanted him to have a ring that suited his style. Then he found damascus steel rings online, and we started looking more into this... and I found it. I knew right away it was for him. His favourite colour is jade green, and the ring comes with a jade wood sleeve.

We are ordering it off of a jewelry website, and it allows customization for the width of the band (6, 7 or 8 mm). My FH has bigger hands, so he wants an 8mm band. If your ring is metal on the inside, they also provide customization with engraving! (The jade wood can't do it).

I was surprised with what FH picked out. I thought he was going to go with a different “manly” design. But instead he opted for a simple rose gold band that matches mine.

My FH is going with a silicone ring from Enso Rings. He saw a guy at the bike shop with one and just fell in love with the idea. Bonus: it's cheap! We won't feel terrible if he loses it or if it breaks!

I'm definitely getting one too, which I'll wear when we're traveling or camping (hiking, swimming, surfing, etc.). I can leave the fancy stuff safe at home!

This is my FH's ring from Michael Hill! We just ordered it a few days ago and it's all black tungsten. He wanted something minimal and bad-ass looking, so went with all black!

My fiancé got a white gold Gucci Band. He’s also extra so it makes sense.
