Wedding band for Halo E-ring?

I'm sorry as I'm sure this is not the correct term, but how "raised" is your engagement ring?

I thought I would have to get a "gap" wedding band and/or have one custom made to fit my engagement ring (which is a double halo), but because of the way my engagement ring is set, I can actually comfortably (and safely) pair a matching micro pavé wedding band with it.

Have you tried on wedding bands in store? If not, I'd start there!

I have been doing the same research too. I found that 'wedding ring enhancer' or some jewelers called it 'jacket' is the best for halo engagement ring. I personally won't get 2 wedding bands, but will just go for one with curve on the top to accommodate the my halo ring.

I have the chance to try the wedding rings at jewelry store just to know what it will look like.

I appreciate everyone's help 😊 I'm definitely considering getting a wedding band that I won't wear with my e-ring and will just wear in place of for certain situations.

I have a 2 carat Marquise engagement ring and I could not find a band that would fit next to my engagement ring because of the way my diamond sits & where the prongs are. We had my Wedding ring custom made and I am thrilled with it!

I have a halo ring as well, thinking about just having a band that sits beneath the e-ring's stone. However, as much as I love my engagement ring, I think after the wedding I will just wear the wedding band alone. Too worried about my pretty diamond to wear it every day!

Thanks everyone! I had thought about a custom one too Janaya but didn't really want to spend a ton of money to get it made as well.

The only thing I'm worried about one having it sit under (not sure if there's room with mine anyways?) is that I hear that they wear against each other really quickly and generally have to get repaired or touched up which isn't ideal.

Ashley if you figure out how to add a picture (I'm on my computer, so I'm not sure what it looks like on a phone!) add it, I'd love to see

I’m doing a plain gold band, pretty thin so it can sit just under my stone.
I would add pics for reference, but I can’t figure out how to attach them on my phone lol

I have a similar ring style and I haven't found anything that I feel fits perfectly.. Im deciding between having one custom made - OR just wearing my engagement ring and not having a band with it (my engagement ring is so beautiful on its own - and so is yours!!) however, I was considering getting a cheap band that matches from a low end jewelry store or ordering one online so I could use it for the wedding and wear it every now and then if I choose to until I find a wedding band that I really love. If we had the money I would just order a custom ring right off the bat but we are moving and there's been a few obstacles lately so we cant afford that right now.

I don't think there would be a problem, if anything - you just may need to get a custom wedding band? A quick google search just shows me that the wedding band would be covered by the e-ring in the front but that's common
