Thanks! We originally from the start never wanted a registry as we live together and have everything we need. In our invitation info not on invitation we put we would like a contribution to our honeymoon. We did zoom( if you do this have someone manning it and record it) ours didn't record as we forgot to hit record. Otherwise our day was simple and if anyone sent a check in a card we thanked them but not everyone did and we are ok with it. Hope this helps!

So happy for you! We're going ahead with ours as well and are planning for 5 guests, so 7 of us total. I was considering Zoom, but undecided as we're thinking of sharing a video recap instead. In any case, I was wondering what you did with respect to gifts or a registry. We're uneasy creating a registry since we're not inviting anyone. We had considered Honeyfund for money towards a honeymoon, but we're so unsure of what to do. Any advice or details on what you did? Thanks!
Congratulations!! The pictures are beautiful, love your dress

It was hard. We lost about $1000 in non refundable deposits. Somethings like an officiant was more money but in the end the wedding was about $7000 cheaper then our planned on wedding. Our photographer we hired in alberta was very understanding of the insanity changing our whole wedding three months out and gave us a discount. Once we canceled our original venues in sk we ran into very little issue getting the basics we needed ie venue officiant hair make up and photographer. In the end our much more simpler wedding was way more enjoyable with most of our out of province guests watching via zoom and only 9 people present it was so relaxed and it was great to sleep at home and be able to change once photographs where over.
Absolutely stunning photos! I hope you made the very best of the moment! It's beautiful to be able to see all that happiness on your faces! I am wishing you two the very best!
