I'm currently in Fort Lauderdale, waking up tomorrow to get on our honeymoon cruise for 12 days... but first:

WE DID IT!!! We are married! Yesterday (Saturday) was truly magical. It wasnt perfect to plan, but it was perfect. We laughed, we cried, we danced, and I felt like a princess.

We did a first look, and he sobbed. I'll never forget the look on his face. It was amazing.

The rain held off, but it was windy and FREEZING so outdoor photos were cut short. But it still was great.

I'll share a couple photos I have so far, and more when I'm back from the honeymoon!

    Congrats! Those pictures are stunning! I absolutely love the fur throw, so glamorous!

    Kind of an odd question but: where did your mom got her dress from? I think it is fantastic! My mom is worried about looking too matronly but doesn't want to be too "vavavoom" either.

    That’s amazing. What a sentimental item to have for your wedding ! I am having a winter wedding and definitely want some sort of fur! Thanks for the advice.

    Ugghhh I'm SO glad I had it!!! It was near freezing and SOO windy up on the mountain! It made it possible for us to even take more than 10 photos outside... haha.

    Thank you! It's actually a real fur stole, it's from Russia, passed down to my sister from my grandmother, who passed away several years ago. But if you're getting married in the cold I STRONGLY suggest investing in a quality stole (faux fur or not)... it saved me. Otherwise we would have had like, 4 photos outside.
