    Everyone is getting more expensive now adays in the GTA area. I would search and call around to see if they do cash deals.

    I'm pretty sure this guy is in the Toronto area ... I chatted with him about doing ours (we didn't end up getting a videographer) but I think he would be in your price range - he does some great work!! https://www.jrvproductions.ca/
