Venue dimensions for planning

Is there a way to enter in the dimensions of a space so that you can organize your table chart accurately per venue? If not, this would be very helpful. I would like to be able to enter in the actual dimensions of my tables to see how they fit in the dimensions of my reception space.

    Thank you Lynnie! I do have all of the factors from my venue & rentals, I just thought it would be easy to have everything all in one place with my planning on wedding wire Smiley smile

    Hi Tess! Unfortunately we do not offer this as a feature but it sounds like a very cool idea! There would be a ton of factors involved though Smiley surprise

    You'll need to ask you venue about space and capacity restrictions. Once you know from your venue how many tables they can fit (and what sized tables), you can make your seating chart from there! You can also visually arrange the tables in the Table Planner to leave space for things like a dance floor.

    I have the dimensions from the venue, but I'd like to be able to organize it on my wedding wire account with everything else!

    Well your venue should be able to help you with that. Maybe ask them for a scaled floor plan on paper that you can use to design in.

    It would just be so helpful! I can enter tables in all I want but it won't work if they don't fit in my venue haha
