Hi everybody. Just want to comment about vendors.We looked at 2 vendors for food service and both were amazing. BBQ acres and Elizabethan. BBQ acres is food and plates, etc. Elizabethan is full service set-up, linens, food, plates, etc. works out to the same price if we rent the extra stuff ourselves. What do you guys think? Which is better. DIY or full service?
