Vendor List Trouble - Dress and Other

Does anyone know how to add a vendor that isn't in the system. I want to add my dress and pictures of the art we had commissioned for our invites, but there's no way of uploading them that I can find. I've tried adding vendors but I can never seem to get that to work either

    Hi Brae, if you go into your Vendor Manager tool and click Add Vendor in the top right, you can enter any vendor, even if they don't have a listing on WeddingWire. Type in their name and you can add their information yourself.

    I don't think you can upload photos. Pretty sure the vendor has to have a weddingwire profile in order for it to display properly with their work.
