Veil or No Veil?!

Amanda, on July 14, 2024 at 18:38 Posted in Wedding fashion 2 13

Hi future brides!

Wedding veils can add a lot of style to your bridal look Smiley sexy

Will you wear a veil or no veil for the wedding?!

I wore a veil for the ceremony and took it off for the reception.

This was my veil. It was a medium length so you could still see all of the layers of my dress and little jewels all the way around the edging!

I have planned to wear a double veil for the ceremony, one is a cape that covers the shoulders and won’t fall to the back as I walk done the isle and the other is to go over the hair, I love the look of a veil in the hair and the thickness of the two veils is very elegant. My dress is a mermaid dress with little train and I feel the veils give a nice dramatic full look for the ceremony

I'm wearing my mom's veil from 45 years ago! I have loved her veil every since I was a child and use to play pretend with it. It has a lot of sentimental value to me and also doubles as my something old!

I really wanted the dramatic look of the veil so I did get one! However, I got it off Etsy so it was nowhere near as expensive as some of the veils the bridal boutiques were quoting me so if it does gets a little damaged throughout the day I won't be too sad about it.

I plan to wear one for the ceremony but some can be a bit pricey to only wear it once.

I think veils are stunning, I just did not feel like myself wearing one so I opted out.
