WW has some vendors that may be located in Vancouver with websites to checkout if they allow you to bring your own liquor. Also check out LCBO website to register for a special event license allowing you to purchase as much bottles needed for your day.

We booked Roma Hall in New Westminster. They let you bring in your own alcohol (they hire bartenders for you) and they are pretty reasonably priced otherwise and their food is amazing!!
