Hi everyone, and congrats on your engagements!

As we near this exciting time in all of our lives, I am finding that my dream of having a blended wedding with ceremony and reception in English and Ukrainian is turning out to be increasingly difficult.

Does anyone have any recommendations for wedding MCs, DJs, and/or Officiants who are able to conduct business in English and Ukrainian? I am looking for someone in the Greater Toronto Area.

    For DJ’s, try DigitalX entertainment, they have a network of DJs and cater to many different cultures and ethnicities. They’re office is in Vaughn.

    Thanks for the tip! I've been thinking of family/friends, yeah, but its about trying to pick someone who is close enough that I'd want them to marry us, but distant enough that they don't already have a role elsewhere in the wedding haha. It's nice that there is a big community in Manitoba, but I can only imagine the distance charges of making them come to Ontario haha

    Thanks for the tip! I'll try FB! Haven't been able to search by any language capabilities using WeddingWire, unfortunately. I've found one person so far, but that was through Google linking to WeddingWire

    You can try Torontoweddingofficiants.com
    gives u the option to put language so the possibly the exists that you might get an Ukraine officiant if you put that language. Or weddingstoronto.ca

    Any chance you have family that would be able to get ordained to help you out? I know that there is also a huge population of Ukrainians over here in MB (myself included), so had I wanted that I could have searched in those areas like Dauphin, Garland, etc.

    Have you searched on here in the vendor section? or if you are on facebook there is a wedding kind of buy and sell page for the GTA and I found that very helpful. You can make a post asking for something and within a day will have multiple replies.. that may be a good way to ask around..
