Two years away

Getting and early start will make it better to book your venue and date to make other arrangements needed to the vendor team building up. The purchase list of what you will need based on colours and décor style of your choice. Any pre events to have done may need planning with your wedding party and choosing them too. Its fun yet exciting to have others that will make it as joyful for you both to look forward the day coming.

It's never too early to start planning!! My fiance and I got engaged December 25th 2017 and we started planning literally the week after for our August 2020 wedding! We've had to now postpone twice and are getting married in August 2022

It's not too early to plan and if you have the storage capacity to hold the things you make, I say go for it. Sometimes people start early to keep them motivated if they have a longer than usual engagement.

But if you live in a small space, I wouldn't make or acquire too much physical stuff just yet. I have a friend who pulled the trigger too early on buying stuff for a wedding that was 18+ months away and half their living space was filled with wedding decor. Not to mention them missing out on sales because they couldn't wait.

It’s never too early to get started on your planning on your big day. Certain things like your wedding gown, bridal party attire, accessories and so on can wait.

I'm 2023 too! It's never too early in my opinion lol. We have our venue and photographer booked already, guest list and seating chart too. (I'm a big planner so I can't help myself). Certain thing you'll have to wait on for sure, but you can definitely get started. For example I'm waiting for my wedding dress because I do have lots of time still and I'm in the middle of losing weight so I'd like to wait until I'm closer to the body shape I will have at my wedding.
