Trying to fix names on Website

Hi for some reason the website has my last name but my partner's just showing up her first name.

I tried removing my last name on the profile but it didn't change the website.

How do I fix this? I'd much rather it just greet people with our first names and the website should just be our first names.

Help?

Figured it out.

Had to go into settings and find it. Editing pages on the front end would be more user friendly.
