I met my guy in high school we were acquaintances. Met up again on Facebook when we were 24. But we do fudge the truth about his almost non existent proposal. We were on a cruise down in the Caribbean with his parents and on an island day we went shopping and we walked into a jewelry store and he said pick one. That was the extent of my proposal lol he tells his parents that he proposed out front of the store first lol

We met when we were 15 working a crummy job picking up trash at an amusement park. We still laugh telling people, as it's probably the least romantic how-we-met story ever 😂

Half and Half - Never changing the proposal story, it was absolutely awesome. But we fib a little on how we met. Somewhat true for the "how we met" story. It is a bit complicated so mostly I condense it for simplicity/time. Also, depending on who we're talking to, we leave out that I was with another guy at the time/unhappy with the relationship (i.e. people who are friends with my ex). I broke it off with my ex long before anything came about with me and my FH. The story itself is the same, it wasn't completely change.

99.9% false. depending on who I am talking to, I may not tell them that FH came home with me from the bar and we thought that's all we will be. hahhaha
