Trouble with the guest list?

A few guests have cancelled there attendance but they still appear on my seating charts. Also when I go to get the guest list it jumbles everyone around so the people I have placed next to each other as couples are mix matched does anyone know how to solve this?

    Hi Kate! I took a quick peek at your guest list and seating charts, and it looks like all of the Wedding guests who are now marked as cancelled have been physically removed from their tables in the seating chart map.

    If you want to also remove them from the list view - go to the Wedding event tab in your Guest List and click on the Seating Chart view:

    Check the boxes next to the names of your cancelled guests and you'll see options to Move them. You can then remove those guests from the event:

    I believe you have to go into the my guests tab and put them as cancelled. From there refresh the page and go back to your seating chart. They should have been removed after that.
