Hello!!! Just wondering what percent everyone is tipping their vendors! I know it’s different for everyone.

Vendors we have are: Hair, Makeup, Photographer & Videographer (through a company), Rental Companies

This was so tricky for me because I struggled with the "recommended" percentage on top of what I thought was already a pretty healthy amount for the contract. Also there is a rule that if they are working for themselves, tipping should not be a thing...
We ended up tipping the make up girl, hair girl, photographer, catering staff, and band anywhere between $50-$100.00 each with a Thank You card. I felt afterwards like this was a little low to be honest but the $$$ adds up and it just was not in the budget to give more.
