B, I am an esthetician so I would just do a treatment or cover it up with concealer.

Stay calm and let my make up artist cover it up. I get pimples regularly anyway, so chances are I will have one for the wedding.

Try to fix it. Use a mask on the pimple and leave it on until just before make up time. The make sure to have concealer.
