The bridal moment

No actually it didn't have anything to do with the wedding I believe we were just working on one of our many projects.

That's so sweet Kylie! Did you hug him or cry? What were you working on together? Was it wedding planning?

I finally had a "bridal moment"...when i got the "approval" for our ceremony permit...once the last big vendor was booked- that was it. This shiz is happening

I don't know if I have fully had that OMG moment ... I think for me that may come the night before when it is just me and my bestie (my moh) that's when it will hit me ... for the most part I have just been going through the motions of planning a wedding and everyday like of being a partner and a mom ...

It hit me when I found my wedding dress! I also have other small moments when I listened to a father daughter dance song, whenever I watch say yes to the dress I find I am more emotional now about how they look where as before I didn't care as much! Also recently my friend Lisa was over and I brought her to see my venue and then showed her my dress and all the planning I had done and she stopped and said "OMG YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED" .... it had just hit her and then I had a moment of like "i know, its crazy isn't it!" haha

I don't know if I have had the big bridal moment yet. I have had lots of little ones looking for first dance songs makes me cry everytime...I read the lyrics and get all weepy about how they apply to us. My bridal dress experience was a little chaotic so even though I found the dress I didn't really cry about it. I think it might hit me more when we get to trying on for fittings. My FH and I have been together for 4 years so I frequently get little oh wow he's mine moments.

My bridal moment was actually a lot after I made this discussion it was when my wonderful FH and I where working together and it was like I just realized that I get to spend the rest of my life standing and being with this wonderful man.

Yes seeing your dad cry is always a big thing.As for Jamaica as your wedding destination that will be awesome and so much fun. When is the big day.

Hi Kylie- I had that moment a few times. My first was when I tried on my wedding dress that I actually purchased. I tried it on and when I saw my self for the first time in the mirror I broke down crying. Even my dad was crying. I think that was also his bridal moment too, lol. I also had the moment when we booked and paid for our wedding (it's a destination in Jamaica) that was a REALLY moment for me and my FH.

I think wedding dress shopping was the closest I've come... I feel like it won't REALLY hit me until I'm getting ready that morning (just how I am, when I go on vacation in another country it never really "hits me" until I'm on the plane!)
