Style Showdown: Arches or Artwork?

I want to have a couple of columns that have some flowers, crystal beads, holly and greeny. Not so much an arch.

We are doing an archway so that our ceremony photos are more timeless then trendy

I am going to be traditional on this and say arches.

We have a historical house as background so no need for arches. Some artwork that represents our belief and character would be nice!

Hmm... neither really appeal to me. I kind of like the arches, but not all floral... more fabric/greenery.

No artwork, neither arch on our wedding. We opt for simplicity, minimalist decorations. It’s gonna be fun!

We’ve chosen to seat our guests in a circle around us so instead of an arch, we’re aiming to stand in a semi circle of greenery or pampas grass like the design in this photo.

I like both but we're getting married in the woods and nature will be our backdrop!

Arches. Like Dana, I am also a sucker for traditional. The artwork just seems so... busy! I'm not sure where to look. At least with the arch, you know to look in the middle.

Arches. What can I say? I'm a sucker for traditional flower arches. They're so pretty, and it really makes the altar/marriage area stand out.

That banner is super cute and I never would’ve considered anything like it! But I’m going with neither. I have a big feature window right behind me that looks out over the golf course and the mountain

I'm with you on this one!

our ceremony space is a large room (redone) in an old courthouse. with super high ceilings. it has white walls. and some long skinny windows. we aren't doing a darn thing to our ceremony space. 1. I prefer minimal. 2. we are there for less than an hour. I don't see the point.
