I'm really sorry to hear you've been experiencing a lot of stress with your wedding planning, Miao Miao. Sending you a big e-hug Smiley heart

If possible at this point, I would encourage you to take a break from the wedding planning to recharge. Even if it is one day with no wedding planning or speaking about the wedding. After this break, you can come back to it with a renewed energy Smiley smile

You are not alone in how you're feeling. I'm also less than a month away and I'm feeling so overwhelmed. The only thing getting me through this is knowing that I get to marry my best friend (and maybe our honeymoon lol). Things will work out because they have to!

Take a deep breath! It’ll all work out, I promise!!

Make lists of things you need to do and check things off one by one.

The month before the wedding is when you start to stress out not knowing what's done and what needs to be completed.

A checklist is a good way to know if you have everything for the day. This idea was how I kept myself in check and having bags for different set ups and the actual wedding itself. As tradition started in our family, welcome bags were made and put together so that they were handed out with information envelope.

Create a folder or system that will keep you in track and what will be for what part of the day. Family, friend and/or wedding party can help if you need them for some time. This was also helpful for us when it came to the reception vases to be done and my parents bringing the vases, floral balls and money box from the rental store. Backdrop was paid for, picked and set up the very same day before the wedding day.

I know things can be stressful with the last month but it will all be worth it and the big day will be here soon enough! Try to make lists and prioritize what needs to be done and when needs to be done by. Even if you do something each day it will help a lot!

You have this and it will be the best day!
