As of tmrw im on a strict diet and workout routine. My main concern is my arms and chest to look good as thats what will be visible and easily shown in my ballgown style dress. But i will be working out other areas of my body as well to even it out. I want to feel healthier again as ive gained about 50 pounds in the past 2 years due to health and stress issues. Here's to loosing the pounds and sweating for the wedding! Wish me luck ladies!!
