Starting a work out routine

As of tmrw im on a strict diet and workout routine. My main concern is my arms and chest to look good as thats what will be visible and easily shown in my ballgown style dress. But i will be working out other areas of my body as well to even it out. I want to feel healthier again as ive gained about 50 pounds in the past 2 years due to health and stress issues. Here's to loosing the pounds and sweating for the wedding! Wish me luck ladies!!

    I am in the same boat as you!! Darn you carbs and sweets!!

    So i joined a bootcamp over the summer and they do many fun challenges to loose weight healthy. I know it takes time to lose 10-15lbs but the one thing I will say is stay consistent, limit yourself to one cheat meal a week (not a cheat day, just one meal), make good healthy choices and work out as often as you can. Don't overwork yourself, b/c that once leads to stress eating or binge eating. A good tip is don't eat after 8pm and if you begin to get hungry, chew gum and drink water. Go buy a shaker cup, you can get them at any health food store, and drink two or three bottles a day.

    Awesome! Good for you! Keep up the good work. You'll be very happy with your results. I started working out a few years ago (a few times a week) and it's been worth it.

    Yeah im doing 2 days of arms a week, 2 days of legs a week, 1 day of abs, and one day of yoga to improve flexibility and wind down to relieve stress.


    I've cut out caffeine and noticed a significant change my how clear my skin is. I'm also cutting out pop and drinking only water.

    Good for you girl! Just remember that the best diet is simply moderation. You will look beautiful no matter what anyway! Will you be following any specific program or routine?

    Wohhoo! i also started going to the gym at least 3/4 times a week! i find that the best motivation is thinking about how you will look in your wedding dress, and how your pictures will turn out, but also to think about how great and confident you will feel! Smiley smile keep pushing!!

    Good luck!!! I have also gained about 30 pounds, luckily all my planning is done and over with! But I definitely wished I had done more to slim down a bit!
