There’s no denying that they make some amazing photographs, but what do you think about sparkler send offs? Is a sparkler send off a must for you, or are you over this trend?

    Overrated. Besides the pics, who leaves before the guest? I don't think we will be doing a send off.

    Its nice for photos! i love them! but i am not leaving before my guests im dancing all night long!

    Overrated. You have to time it before all the guests start leaving, or else you will only have a couple people there.

    I love the pictures but there is no way I'm having any kind of fire near my hair with hairspray lol.

    I think they are over done. When they first started they were cute and people got original and used them to spell things or draw designs. Now I wouldn't want sparklers anywhere near our wedding.

    I love the pictures that come from a sparkler send off! However, we don’t plan on sneaking off early so it wouldn’t make sense. Also I think Alberta Parks has a policy about any type of fireworks not being allowed.

    Overrated! My DH and I stayed up until the last song - it would feel weird to leave before the party died down.

    Underrated, I've seen tons on pinterest but I've never been to a wedding that actually had one.

    When I mentioned that we're planning one my photographer got very excited since he's never shot one before

    Overrated. Unless you're one of those couples who are literally leaving right from your wedding to get on a plane for your honeymoon I don't understand why some couples leave before their guests. One, you're spending so much money on the day so soak up all the time like a sponge. Two, you're a host so I feel like you need to stay and host your guests to the end.

    Overrated - but wish it wasn't Smiley atonished Would have loved this but my DH's cousin did this at his wedding last year so it was a strong pass because of that.
