Spain

Has anyone ever gone to Spain to get married? looking for advice and if someone knows of a beautiful location as i have never been. I found that you cant get married there unless you are from Spain but we are thinking of just getting the legal part done at home then do a ceremony in Spain. has anyone done this? how did they like it? i feel like if we get married at home just us there really inst much point in doing a ceremony and such. any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!!
