Something Old - My Mom/My BF/My 💗's Wedding Gown. My Mom went & bought it all alone 50 Years ago. I am brought to tears seeing the pride in my Moms face whenever I put it on. I am so honoured to wear it & the Officiant is going to say something so my FH, my Brother, my Nephew & Guests know I'm honoring my Parents 50 Year Marriage by wearing my Moms dress. I'll dance with my Dad wearing the gown he danced with my Mom in 👰 Its my biggest Wedding Secret.
Something New - My veil, my Garter & My 2nd Wedding Dress
Something Borrowed- My Mom's Dress. My Mom just presented my Grannys (my Moms Mom) stunning necklace with matching earrings for me to borrow. They match perfectly & knowing they belonged to my Granny means so much. I wear Grannys delicate Wedding band everyday with a ring my Mom gave me on top. I must get a picture to share!
Something Blue - I Do stickers on my new shoes. They sell them at Michaels $7.49 and you can use their coupon if you'd like one too.

    Mine are...

    Something old : my necklace

Something borrowed : my sister-in-law's veil and my mom's Faberge egg pendant (also blue, so kind of fits more than one category)

Something new: the dress, the shoes, the tiara...

Something blue: my garter and my, um, undergarments Smiley xd

Also have a sixpence for my shoe - got a British sixpence from the year my mom was born on Etsy!

Old: Probably going to wear my Great Aunty Anne's Bracelet (might put it on as an anklet though)

New: I mean... my dress? my headband? my shoes? etc.?

Borrowed: perhaps ask my sister to borrow our Great Baba's matching bracelet? (I got Aunty Anne's because my middle name is Anne and she got our Baba's because my sister's middle name and our Baba's name is Jessie)

Blue: Shoes! I'm hoping to do a purple and blue ombre glitter wedge.

It's funny because one of my items can technically fit 3 of them but here we go:

Something Old: TBD, hoping to borrow something from my mom!

    Something New: Wedding Band/Dress

Something Borrowed: Borrowing a pair of my FHs Blue stud earrings to wear (these could be old, borrowed and blue haha!)

Something Blue: my necklace, earrings and engagament ring all have blue sapphires!

Old: Fabric from my mother’s wedding jumpsuit will be used to reupholster(?) my grandmother’s clutch, and I’ll put my MIL’s homemade handkerchief in it)

    New: Dress, and shawl.

Borrowed: TBD - I’ve asked my besties to lend me something and they haven’t told me what it will be as yet. I’m fine with being surprised and working it into the outfit/day.

Blue: Navy Blue t-strap Mary Jane heels.

AND I’m having my great aunt in England bring me a sixpence to put in my shoe (“and a sixpence in her shoe”)
