A small intimate wedding seems fair to have a family meal at home after or if restaurants will allow a corner for your dinner to seat you all for dinner after the wedding. Catering from supermarkets or small bakeries/delis is helpful to make platters to serve as everyone can enjoy a nice meal.

This was our plan before restrictions lifted and we had booked an Airbnb! There are some Airbnb’s that allow you to do this and then you can make a weekend out of it with people staying over as well

Family wedding! Sometimes such weddings happen. There are even weddings that take place only with the participation of two - the bride and groom.

    Hello Karina,
Some restaurants are available for small weddings as well. That would be a lovely idea to find the restaurant that does it and plan it around that.

We are having a small wedding at a winery in the area. It’s so pretty!

Worth a try if there are some around you.

There are so many options for small weddings like that. Have you looked at the microweddings or elopement weddings in your area? I think I'd be looking to do it at home if that is an option too.

A small ceremony sounds lovely! I would suggest brainstorming ideas with your photographer. They might suggest stuff that you didn't even think of! With a group that small, a private room at a restaurant is probably your best bet since you won't really need to worry about decor, etc..

Hi Karina. We are having a small wedding (under 40). I've found many restaurants in our city that have small private rooms that are perfect for small weddings. You may even be able to have a ceremony there.

Are you planning to do this at home since it's so small? You can either hire a caterer or order from a restaurant (or two) that you like. Or if there's a restaurant with a small private dining room, that can work too.
