4 course meal sit down service. Cocktail apos were served and late night buffet included. The menu card was an idea for our guests to see what was being served.

We won't be having any appetizers during cocktail hour as we can't afford it. We will be having one meal offered for dinner which will consist of assorted dinner rolls, Caesar salad, creamy garlic chicken, roasted potatoes and a bean and carrot medley. Those who need gluten free or vegetarian will be accommodated. We have a dessert bar, this way guests can choose what they like! We have a midnight snack as it is required since people will be drinking and so we are doing a poutine bar and a pizza station! We also have 3 different types of cupcakes for our guests instead of cake!

Cocktail hour with some snacks first, then a buffet dinner with choices of salads, various rolls and bread sticks, chicken, beef, potatoes, pasta, and a variety of squares with coffee or tea.

We are having a sit down and are giving them the choice of a beef, chicken or vegetarian option. We also have a cocktail hour. We didn't want to cut down on food.

We're having a buffet so there's a couple of hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, no set courses and then late night poutine bar.

There's a cocktail hour with hors doeuvres before dinner then for dinner its appetizer, main course, dessert, and late night bar which is soft pretzels, cheese fondue, corn dogs and onion rings. Hence why we are debating not doing a cake.
