Silk flowers Arches

I am new to this platform and have a question regarding the silk flower arch rental. My wedding is in three days, and the rental company has informed me that I will need to pick up the arch and set it up myself. If I am unable to do that, they will charge for delivery and setup.
I am not familiar with the process of setting up a silk flower arch, and I am feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I would be grateful if anyone who has had experience with this could share their insights and advice.
